The context
La Roseraie is a bar-lounge in the thermal rose garden of Mondorf-les-Bains, Luxembourg. Guests arrive in several languages and ask the same practical questions — opening hours, the menu, how to get there, what's on.
The AI we built
- A multilingual AI concierge that answers questions about hours, menu, access and events — in the guest's own language.
- Natural-language booking: a guest types a free-text request and the AI turns it into a structured reservation.
- WhatsApp escalation: when a request needs a human, the conversation is handed to staff on WhatsApp.
Hosting: EU-hosted and server-side only — no guest data leaves European infrastructure.
The result
Guests get instant answers in their own language at any hour, and booking requests arrive as structured reservations instead of missed calls and free-form messages.
