The context
Lux Memorial (lux.memorial) is an AI application that gives direct, real-time access to Luxembourg's Journal officiel — the historic “Mémorial”. It is registered as an official reuse of the Legilux dataset on data.public.lu, the national open-data portal. The product lux.memorial is currently offline — but the concept has been revived as a live demo right here on yet.lu, today searching legislation in force, historical versions, published case law and parliamentary questions, refreshed weekly.

- AI-powered queries over the Journal officiel: ask in plain language instead of navigating legal search forms.
- Live connection to the official Legilux SPARQL endpoint of the Central Legislation Service — answers come from the authoritative source, in real time.
- Built entirely on Luxembourg's public open data, and registered as a reuse on data.public.lu.
The result
Legislative information published in the Journal officiel became reachable through a plain-language question instead of expert search syntax — built on, and giving back to, Luxembourg's open-data ecosystem.
